A prestigious international authority

This esteemed and globally respected organisation was founded back in 1949 in New York, the hub of culture, fashion, innovation and fragrance. The foundation was founded by Chanel, Elizabeth Arden, Coty, Helena Rubinstein and Guerlain.

The organisation is not-for-profit and is recognised as the international authority for fragrances around the globe. The group aimed to expand appreciation for scent, educate about the intricacies of scent, grow sales of fragrance internationally and provide insights and awards for the fragrance industry.

The Fragrance Foundation is considered the global educational arm of the industry, and it strives to inspire and enlighten people on the incredible artistry of fragrance.

The Fragrance Foundation uses its platform to provide a hub of resources and information for both established fragrance brands and emerging talent.

As well as supporting the business side of fragrance, The Fragrance Foundation also aims to spread the word to consumers about the beauty, passion and power of scent.
